Elf Conscripts
Not all elves perfectly master a bow from childhood. Many of them devote their lives to architecture, poetry, sciences and philosophy. The first lord of Quendaylon once ordered that everyone wearing the colors of the lord was to be baptized in the ranks of his army. Innate keen eyesight and a firm hand enable such conscripts to quickly become skillful soldiers.

Chosen Hunters
Legend has it that their arrows have eyes, and seek out their enemy with unerring accuracy. This may well be true, for these are not merely skillful warriors, but true poets of the bow. The wind is their parchment, the flight of an arrow is their poem, and the inevitable death of their enemies is the audience's applause.

Deer Riders
Long ago, the elves discovered how to speak with the inhabitants of the Quendaylon's forests, many of which now help the elven warriors in battle. The mighty deer carry beautiful warrior women on their backs as they charge into combat. The stately creature understands commands without the use of words, and they do not require a bridle or stirrup. What's more, their antlers are as lethal as the weapons of their riders.
